Joined: 25 Feb 2010 Posts: 372 Bike: My Profile | Hi Azza. I get that too when I wear my full fingered gloves that dont have gell pads on the heel of the hands. Also it could be that you are leaning too heavily on your hands. Try moving your saddle forward a bit this will make you sit upright a bit more and take some of the pressure off your hands. Distance from front of saddle to handlebar should be the lentgh from elbow to finger tip plus 4-5cm. Good luck Buster |

Joined: 23 Mar 2014 Posts: 10 Bike: My Profile | if u r usin mtb/commuter get some ergon grips takes pressure of the nerve in ur hands try bar ends so u have different hand positions ,try some excersise grips might b lack of use eat a lot of bannanas u might b low in potassium and try electrolyte drinks |
