Moving up here I got started cycling this year and whilst the adventure of the new routes is still there I am wondering if someone local would like to join up for treks?

I endeavour to do one longish plod and a shorter one once per week at a knee saving pace.
The myriad of rail/waggonway paths are a prime source of travel with return by road giving the occasional variety.

If interested let me know via a reply and then a contact.
My only scenario requirement is not too many hills, what's yours?

Alan

hi Duncan.

OK. My current schema in cycling is to never use my car so joining at a part way point would be preferred.

Hope you got out and some ok weather that day.
Weather stayed good that Sat when I dropped down at No Place onto the bridleway route to the Lanchester rail path.
I'm fully fit again. At least for a good while with more slightly boring knee suitable routes.

If anyone local is still looking for a cycling pard, methinks if you are Newcastle side of the Tyne that is also fine with that maybe even allowing for more flexible distance variations.

It certainly never seemed important to mention but I'm single and an opposite sex cycling pard is also fine with me.

Alan
