1. A Hilly route to help build you're climbing legs. Steep climbs:- Starvation Brae (Spott), The Brunt, Elmscleugh, Redstane Rig, Abbey St Bathans, Up out of Grantshouse to Coldingham Moor and Peasbay, then back to Sunny Dunny the back road through Cockburnspath and Innerwick (brunt included). Not for the faint hearted!
