Nice fairly flat route, cycling along the coast and then back in mainland via Beley Bridge. Mid point Crail, nice shops for something to eat.

Great route if you want quiet roads and somewhere good to stop for lunch, either in Crail or (my preference) Anstruther.
Easy to get to Anstruther by this route in an hour, and nice hotel bar in Kings Barns on the route between St A and Crail. I've only cycled this route clockwise, but by my memory there is nowhere to stop between Anstruther and St A should anyone desire a coffee on the way back.
Going from Anstruther to St A the wind can make a huge difference: took me an hour when there was a strong headwind, just under 1/2 hour when it was calm!
