This is a route with nice quiet roads, and although there are a few hills, there is nothing too dramatic.
You start with a loop round taking in Pangbourne, Mapledurham and Caversham. You then take the B481 towards Emmer Green then branch off into Kiln Road towards Binfield Heath, Harpsden and Henley. You then take a run down the A321 to Wargrave. Here you branch away down country roads to Hare Hatch and Ruscombe. Head through Twyford and onto the A3032 and B478 to Sonning Lock. At this point you go back to the start along the Thames Path and the Kennet & Avon Canal Path.
