Cycled from St Monans to Lower Largo and back. On the track to Lower Largo there are 4 locked farm gates which you need to lift your bike over - not easy if on your own or have a heavy bike. A lovely cycle although very hard work into a strong wind going - great coming back. Coffee stop in Elie very welcome :)
