This is a mostly flat (there are a few minor hills), mixed route on a cycle route along the canal, very quiet country roads and along the river Parrett, with minimal main road travel.
The route passes a few historical sites, and there are stops all along the route, in quiet locations. On a clear day there are some terrific views from Ham Hill. There are also plenty of choices to shorten the route, while still remaining on quiet roads. |
