The route is mainly flat and contains a mixture of mainly B roads, some off-road, urban and rural tracks. Starting at 'The Green' on Brayton Lane, the route does double back in some places and there is also the chance to extend the route to include more of Brayton Barff

A fish and Chip shop is passed in Thorpe Willoughby, and whilst travelling through the town of Selby there are many places to get food and drink from. Not on route but just down the main road in Selby is Selby Bike Centre. The route ends at The Swan pub in Brayton. Next door to the pub is a Tesco Express and petrol station just incase.
