hi i did the route last week tho started it at redditch(as im from)really good route,hills gave legs good work out brill,if you live near redditch we have a good selection of routes that can be hooped(lapped)esp near arrow valley park,this is a nice shortish route as i do it once weekly,as well as arrow valley lake nice route
