Group of us meet at Blackpill every Sunday at 9.00am for between 2-2 half hour ride. Quite pacey at times. Were all mid late 40 year olds . Your welcome to come along. Blackpill carpark next to the cycle path.

thanks for the invite pal give me a couple more weeks to get up to pace only been riding 4 weeks do a 25.4 mile route 3 times a week couple of big hills at a average of 16mph(last attempt)not bad seeing as my first attempt was 11.3 mph average ha so improving ever ride see you in a couple of weeks thanks again
