We know we're limited to how much area we can cover in 9 days. Right now, we're planning to head north from Paisley through Oban and Fort William up to Inverness. We have a number of questions we hope someone can answer: • Are there any wind patterns we should be aware of, might we want to do the trip in a different direction? • We would prefer a different route back from Inverness. Does it make sense to go to Aviemore, Dunkeld & Edinburgh? • The current route has us missing all of the Islands. Thoughts for how to incorporate one or more Islands into our route? Perhaps there's an option to drop back to Paisley via the Islands? • Would you prioritize seeing the Islands vs. Aviemore, Dunkeld & Edinburgh? Any other advice/must see/do info would be appreciated! Many thanks in advance. -Leigh & Sylvia |
