Pump up those tyres, clip on your helmet and Pedal For The J''s! The popular annual cycle ride returns to Chelmsford for its seventh year on Sunday 1st May 2016. Pedal For The J’s caters for all abilities from professional cyclists to active families. There are three circular routes through the beautiful Essex countryside – 15 miles, 35 miles, and 50 miles – so really there’s a route for everyone! Pedal For The J’s is organised by The J’s Hospice charity which provides enhanced care and support for young adults aged 16- 40 across Essex with life limiting and life threatening conditions. We provide tailored nursing, respite and end of life care, advice and advocacy, emotional care, bereavement support and a range of activities for the young adult and their family in the comfort and security of their own home. All proceeds raised go to The J’s Hospice and cyclists are urged to raise sponsorship.
