| Worthing is really hard to get out of by not using A roads, I have had to include the A24 , the rest of the journey is on B roads and very pretty. | |

| The expected traffic issues, but wasn't too bad on a sunday morning. good mixture of ups & downs and the scenary is great. | ||

| I've only been road cycling for just over a month, and wanted a decent length ride to understand my bike, and this seemed the perfect ride, and it is! I left Worthing at 05.45am on a Bank Holiday, so there was very little traffic indeed. Some reasonable climbs along with fast roads, beautiful West Sussex countryside and villages too. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and will use it as a regular ride for the summer. | ||
