| Stretford via quiet roads and Longford Park to Chorlton. Onto the Fallowfield Loop for circa 4.5 miles until Longford Road. Short section of road direct to Reddish Vale CP. Network of paths and viaduct tracks to drop under the M60. Cut across busy B6104 Stockport Road West (v short section on it) to Dark Lane via Osborne Street. Follow Dark Lane all way to Otterspool Hydro. Cross River Goyt (v short section on busy Otterspool Road and take path on left up around the Marple Hall School grounds and come out onto Marple Hall Drive. Follow it until the junction with Stockport Road. Turn left and the station is just on your right (next to The Railway Pub and Car Park. |
