| Going from near the centre of Sedgley this is a sometimes challenging but pleasant ride which is off main roads mostly although the last part can be busy. This is really a 2.75 hour route averaging 15 miles hour not 4 hours as above. Watch out for the hill out of Bridgenorth its hard going for me. | |
