| Going anti clockwise it starts with a steep climb up to Thorpe but then a long downhill through Outwood. Off road slightly to get to the canal path and then long and flat along the canal to Altofts. Fairly steady via Castleford to Oulton and then a steep climb up to the top of the golf course. Nice downhill through to Rothwell and a steady climb through Carlton towards the finish. | |
