| Cafe stops at Bolton by Bowland, Waddington and more expensive one at Bashall Town (Barn). Pleasant run with some Ribble Valley undulations. | ||

| Fantastic run through lots of picturesque villages. Quite a few steep little hills throughout though. Clocked it as 30.2m. Lovely stop in Waddington for tea and cake ! Overall a great ride out on the road bike, and good quality quiet roads throughout. Recommend starting at Worston in the pub car park. | ||
