Follow Middletons Lane and over Drayton High Road to follow Hospital Lane, bear right and follow Low Road which becomes Hellesdon Road, carry on over narrow bridge and follow Marl Pit Lane, carry on over Dereham Road to follow Larkman Lane, at end turn left and follow Earlham Green Lane forking right at next junction, at Fiveways roundabout take third exit and follow Bluebell Road to Eaton, at end turn right and follow Eaton Street, continue over narrow bridge into Newmarket Road and fork next left to follow Intwood Road, carry on over Keswick Road, carry on over level crossingm, carry on over A.47 and fork next left to follow Intwood Lane, at end turn left to follow Short Lane as it bears right, carry on over Main Road (B.1113) and follow lane, at give way carry on straight, as lane bears right carry on straight, at end carry on straight into Brick Kiln Lane which bears left, take next right and follow under railway bridge, at end turn right and follow to end, turn right over level crossing and bear sharp left following Greenways to Flordon, at end turn left and follow Station Road over railway bridge and fork right at next junction down steep hill, at end turn right and follow Low Road to end, turn right and follow B.1135 to next junction and turn left and follow Parkes Lane, bear left at next junction and follow Hall Lane to next junction, fork right and follow Church Road which becomes Picton Road, at end turn right and follow Forncett Road which becomes Swan Lane leading into Long Stratton.
