Jumiges en route is a ruined abbey - endowed by Robert of Jumieges who was William the Conquorer and Edward the Confessor's chancellor and arch bishop of London and Canterbury (so we paid for it), Pont de Brotonne is excellent. Roen is full of History - cathedral and street pattern; small towns and farms very pretty, many orchards; woodland, great views of city from Canteleu
