| 1. This is a scenic road route, on a mix of A, B and country roads, that starts off fairly gently, gets a bit hilly later on and finishes off with a nice descent home.
The route is initial on fairly busy A roads, which take you through Leven, Kirkton of Largo and Drumeldrie and on till the B941 turn off to Kilconquhar. It then goes along quiet B roads, and a small stretch of country road, through Kilconquhar, Largoward, Baldinnie, Ceres and Craigrothie, which are not so well surfaced, so take plenty of spare tubes! The next stretch is on country roads through Chance Inn to Kennoway, then a final run down the A916 to the start point. |
