| 1. This is a road route, on a mix of A and B roads, with plenty of hills, over the West of Dartmoor. There is an easier and more difficult way of tackling this loop. Going via Two Bridges, Tavistock and Yelverton is the easier way. However, going backwards, ie: Two Bridges to Yelverton, Tavistock, should only be tackled if you're brave enough, for it contains the steepest hill at Merrivale. | |
