| 1. This is a difficulty (10... Really?), road route on a mix of A and B roads and country lanes, with a couple of really tough gradients. One is out of Broadbottom and right up through Charlesworth, climbing over 250m in about 3Km! This is followed by some sweeping descents and some pretty smooth riding until Compstall. Here is the second 10%+ gradient, to the top of Werneth Low and a well earned pint. | |
