| 1. Livingston to the Falkirk Wheel via The Union Canal. Very easy route as its flat all the way, although it is a long route with the return.
While you may be tempted to run thin slicks don't be so tempted. While some parts are very smooth others can be quite rough. Lots of anti car barriers which slow you down a bit too. I did this route and the return in just over 4 hours |
