| 1. Start off on Login road, turn left at the end of the road, then immediately right up the farm road, follow the road until its conclusion, then at the junction turn right. Take first left, first left again, and then finally turn left on to the B4310, follow this road until the B4300 and turn left towards Carmarthen. Follow through Capel Dewi road and turn right on to Llangunnor road.
Turn right after carmarthen decorators (formerly Towy nurseries/Ar dy feic) and follow path under bypass and Towy bridge and join signposted cycle route. Come out outside railway station and continue forward over the new bridge, across pedestrian crossing, follow road up Blue Street, through Lammas street until junction at end of road. Turn right and take 3rd exit (St. Catherine Street) and immmediately left on to Parcmaen Street, turn left on to college road at junction, follow college road until arrive at St. David's Park/ Hafan Derwen.
This is a good cycle to get the blood pumping first thing in the morning. You can see right across the valley on a nice morning on the farm road at the beginning. |
