| 1. Slight incline until the road to West Auckland. Head north on undulating roads to Fir Tree and then west to Frosterley. Turn left in Frosterley up to the Moors. There are long inclines for approx 5-6km and then at the peak long down hill back to Eggleston. Fantastic views on most of the route with a nice picnic area in the moors near the stream. | |
