Cycle Steps
1. Start Wycliffe Rd turn left on to Billing Rd follow the road until first set of traffic lights at the lights turn right on to Rushmere Rd . Follow this road and it will lead to a large traffic light controlled Roundabout. At the roudabout take the second exit signposted A428 Bedford(if your unsure of using the roundabout theres a cycle path that starts at the bottom of Rushmere opposite old scouts rfc this will bring you out the other side of the roundabout). Follow this road until you see a signpost for Little Houghton turn left to Lt Houghton and turn left at the church signposted Gr Billing /Cogenhoe.At the end of this road theres staggered junction(be careful the turn to Cogenhoe slightly blind).Proceed through Cogenhoe follow the high street down the hill out the otherside of the villiage follow this road until you see a right hand turn signposted Whiston. Proceed up this road up the hill through Whiston at the bottom hill take the left hand turn signposted Grendon this will take you past Castle Ashby fishing lakes at the T-junction turn right follow this up the short but sharp climb through Grendon. Keep on this road pass through Easton Maudit on to Bozeat/wollaston at Bozeat/Wollaston the road will take you towards a duel carriage way just before you reach the duel carriage way there is a right turn take this turn up the hill and then take the next left turn signposted Harold. Follow this road at end of this road there is a T-junction turn right follow this rd past Harold and proceed to Carlton. As you pass through Carlton take the right hand turn signposted Turvey proceed to Turvey you will pass the four canes pub at the main road turn right and virtualy left signposted Newton Blossomville follow this rd through Newton Blossomville ,Cliton Rainnes & on to Emberton at Emberton turn left on to the Duel carriage way signposted Newport Pagnell (you can cross over the duel carriage way there is cycle path the other side ). Take the second right hand turn off the Duel carriage way Signposted Sherringham. Follow the road through this will lead you a T-junction turn right follow this round to left and this emerge at a T-junction just before the main rd reaches Newport Pagnell. At this junction turn right and follow the rd through Lathbury once past Lathbury take the next left hand turn Signposted Wolverton ,Linford,Havisham. once past Linford,Havisham the road bends towards the right and should be signposred Castlethorpe/Hanslope follow this road up the hill (bit lumpy round here)at the next junction take the right turn and keep on this road until you arrive at Hanslope. Follow the main rd through Hanslope (long street)virtualy as reach the ther side of of Hanslope take right hand turn signposted Forrest rd. this road will take past Salcey forrest and then onto Quinton. At Quinton theres a right hand turn signposted Preston Deanery proceed along this road through Preston Deanery up the hill to the X roads with the Newport Pagnell Rd. At the X roads go straight on and head for Gt Houghton once through Gr Houghton at the next junction turn left on the main A428 Bedford heading towards Northampton. Follow this road until you reach the traffic controlled Bedford roundabout.At the roundabout take the second exit signposted town centre/general hospital A&E(there is cycle path route at the roudabout available). Next set of traffic lights take the right hand filter up Clifftonville rd past the hospital entrance to the next set of traffic lights .At this set of traffic lights turn right on to the Billing rd and proceed to end of Journey Wycliffe rd. Ride should take about 3-3:15 hrs icluding brake.

At about 15 mile theres Odell country park with cafe & toilets & 30 miles Salcey forrest cafe & toilets. Bike shop in Newport Pagnell (well recomend by a lot of the Bikies)
