| Rolling Loop from Saint Athan, up the valley at Ogmore them along the coast to Llantwit. Then recap slightly to Colvinston then croos over to Cowbridge and the only real climb of note up towards the A48. The A48 isnt the nicest to ride along and car should be taken for the traffic. The last leg rolls nicely but the final climb up to the St Athan Road is steeper than it looks. | |
