Cycle Steps
Start on the cycle track near the old Markham Colliery site. Follow the Sirhowy Valley Path to Blackwood. Cross over Chartist Bridge and head back up the other side. Take the turning to Manmoel and follow the mountain road accros the top of Manmoel Crossing all the way to Tredegar. Drop down into Tredegar, through Peachaven and back along the A4048 to Markham.
