Nice fairly easy route with just the right amount of up and down for a very overweight 50 year old. Couple of places where you'll have to follow a path to get back to the road. Ride through Eastrop Park and main roads in Basingstoke. Some nice pubs on the return leg. I did it in 2hrs and 20 mins, so you fit boys should fly round.
