| Found a gem of a start point around the other side of The Kingsway, heading towards the countryside which goes over the M1! Lubbesthrope Bridle Rd. Traffic around the A47 towards Kirby Muxloe can bit a bit hairy but it's only for a short part of the journey and then you hit the villages. Nothing of great note until you hit Thornton Reservoir which is worth a quick jaunt before you carry on towards Market Bosworth. This side of town is really pretty and it's definitely worth stopping off at Bosworth Country Park for a break. The journey through Barwell back towards Leicester City is unfortunately very busy and not so scenic but completes the route. Not a difficult ride but a decent distance. | |
