This route is mainly on canals so fairly straighforward, although there are some narrow parts of the towpath. The best bet is to double back on the route and make it a 20 mile round trip. Should take a couple of hours.
Landmarks/Pubs for lunch/Sites to see?
Canals mainly

I used this as a basis for getting from Dalston to Walthamstow without having to use Lea Bridge Rd - I went under it instead :). When I reached the reservoir I peeled off down Coppermill Rd towards Walthamstow but will soon try the suggested route in full - thanks Rebecca!
