Head to Sizergh, then Levens via Strickland Arms. Then along old A590 tio Derby Arms. Head to Grange-over-Sands by the Meathop Road. Once at Grange, head to Cafe on the Prom. Then head back the way you came, or via Lindale for something a little different.
