| This is a good ride along busy commuter routes, starting in Dagenham & ending in Finsbury park. Travel to Ilford & around the town centre, along the busy Romford Rd which has one minor hilland is a quite a nice road to ride on. This is where the route gets a bit tricky, there is a bit of zig zagging to do - but this i feel is the quickest route. | |
