| This is my cycle to work commute from Blakesley, in South Northants to Banbury. It takes me around 1 hour 10 mins by bike and 45 mins by car at rush hour. I do cheat as I use an electric bike, but this turns the ride into a means of transport rather than a work out. Good for a 94kg 50 year old! | |
