Cycle Steps
This is a mixed route, on roads, bridleways and dirt tracks.
The route starts in Clophill and heads up Great Lane. After the 90 degree right hand turn, cut off to to the right onto the Bridleway. Follow this around Chicksands Woods and on till it meets with Long Drive. Follow Long Drive to Rowney and turn off left ointo the woods. Do a couple of laps of Rowney, if you want. Come out of the woods onto Chicksands Avenue, then take the pathway to the left. Continue past the old air base and on till the A507. Turn right onto the A507 and head down the cycle path. As you pass the golf course on your left you come to a house on the right. Turn right at this house onto a dirt track and cut through on this to Shefford Road. Then follow Shefford Road back to the start in Clophill.
