| This is adding to an amazing route added by Graham, Chingford to Toot Hill, but extending it to East London. This is a road route for the keen cyclist with a number of climbs and descents when you reach Essex. Once you head out from Chingford into Essex, there are not many places to stop, so carrying some food and drink with you is probably a good idea. As you head into Essex, traffic is very light and some caution is required around the back of the Theydon Bois area. |
