computer wheel size charts

dont laugh but i have got an assortment of computers(bike)
and i am going to transfer the best one to my racer,to my dismay the charts are all different
they have every wheel size in the chart but my 700x23
i have done the chalk on the wheel thing and it measures 2100
PLEESE HELP ARGHH

I have exactly the same wheel size of 700x23 and I always enter 2096
as my circumference.
I tested it by driving a few routes then also cycling them and 2096
was the nearest on both my car milometer and my bike computer.
But the chalk line is pretty accurate aswell.
