Joined: 17 Aug 2012 Posts: 6 Bike: My Profile | Forgot to add,I do a mixture of road and off road biking either up towards Maidenehad or Marlow, towards London or South towards Guildford. Tend to fit in a cycle of around 20-25 miles on an evening after work a couple of midweek days each week, long cycle on a Sunday (sometimes with others) of normally a distance between 40 and 60 miles, flat road, tracks and road/tracks up hills too. |

Well actually - I used to cycle 25-26mile every other day on one of my sons bike to increase my fitness levesl but that was about 15 years ago.... Hence being a novice again - although I do have a ladies bike this time around..!! Lol |
