Advice on proposed cycle trip with my 13 & 14 year old boys

I,m trying to find a route from Brighton to rochester avoiding main roads and trying to be off road as much as possible. I would like to do this over 3 days so will need a camp site on 2 nights has anyone done a similar route, any info would be very much appreciated. |
