Event Type: Cycle Sportive (Non-Competitive but self timing available) Start/Finish Location: Longthorn Farm and campsite, Wareham, BH20 6HH Routes: We have new routes this year carefully selected with the help of the Purbeck Peloton with 102, 81 & 72 mile Dorset Etape, plus other routes of 50, 38, 27, 20 and 10 miles. All routes are loops and on tarmac roads. The 102 mile Dorset Etape is a challenging ride with over 6500 feet of climbs. All routes now available on our web site www.dorset-bike-ride.co.uk Registration opens 7:30 Start: staggered start from 8am for the 100+ mile, 80 and 70 mile Etape, others between 9am-10am. Cost in advance - £20 for 102, 80 & 70 Etape, £15 for other routes. Children FREE if riding the 10-38 miles routes otherwise half price. Children also get a free ticket to Monkey world if they raise at least £50 in sponsorship for Cancer Research UK their ride. Entry on the day: Yes, if the event is not sold out, £25 for 102, 80 & 70 Etape, £20 for other routes. Enter on line at www.dorset-bike-ride.co.uk, payment by credit card or PayPal. All entry fees go to charity. Although the event is to raise funds for Cancer Research UK and we hope as many riders as possible will raise sponsorship for their ride, raising sponsorship is not compulsory. Kid Friendly
