This was a route I did with a friend when still at school, it's fairly basic with a few ups ad downs.
The exceptions being Priest Hill, which is a 3/4 mile long hill which rises near 200 feet, but in true 'what goes up' style, Prune Hill has a slightly lower height change but is also shorter.
