This is a road route, on a mix of road types, with a climb over the Downs.
The route follows country roads out of Wickham, over the downs to East Meon and then back on the A32. The return is easier than the route out, but beware of traffic on the A32 in busy periods. It's about 32 miles in total and the view from the top of the climb out of Clanfield makes the ride worth the effort. Plenty of pubs on route - I've marked some, all the villages on the route have at least one! |
