Begin in Warminster with a gentle road climb towards heavens gate. Follow the woodland track through to Shearwater which is a medium downhill off road.
The next stretch is on road for around 8 miles with a few gentle hills across b roads. Up Whitesheet lane across the top of the hill, quite a rough track but a good steady climb.
The whole way home from there on is downhill through the Deverills |
