Across the island from coast to coast using official cycle routes. Taking the Stenbury Trail from Ventnor, then Yar River Trail and Worsley Trail in the centre. Finally Tennyson Trail along the top of the downs to The Battery at The Needles. Good surfaces, as using official cycle routes, 95% off road, lots of small hills and great views down to The Needles.

Wow the scenery takes your breath away. We arrived at the corner of ocean view road and gills cliff opposite a great little chippy called the Ocean View, where we saw many bikes had stopped for a quick snack.

We joined them sat for a bit, ate our chips and down gills cliff road and along the coastal roads it just gets better and better please go down military road the views and sights are fantastic
