1. Following the old Hwy 99 til Hwy 20 and then taking that all the way to Deception Pass State Park. The way we have gone in the past was to take Hwy 11, the Chuckanut Trail which is VERY hilly. This way is 5km longer but not as hilly.

Deception Pass Bridge is awesome to look at for sunsets! It's where the Ocean meets Skagit Bay.
