| 3 distinct sections: 1) beech forest, some hills 2) Chilterns, some fun ascents/descents, stunning scenery 3) flat open countryside really pretty, relaxing ride (but be prepared to sweat up the Chilterns) If you wanted, the urban section from central London to Uxbridge would add another section with another character |

| This was such a lovely route. My girlfriend and I started from East London so it was such a relief to get out into the Chilterns, which we'd never seen before. The route is a bit tricky to navigate at times and we went wrong twice on the way up but the scenery is beautiful. The Chilterns can be a little tricky if you're used to the flat roads of London like we are. Hill Road is called that for a very good reason! If you ever fancy a nice day trip from London this comes highly recommended. Thank you Amy! | ||
