The Vale of Glamorgan is located at the southern tip of Wales and has a population of around 124,000. The county has a large area of rolling countryside which is unusual for Wales, however, it supplies land for their mainly agricultural economy. The Vale also boasts many tourist attractions such as Cosmeston Lakes Country Park and Cosmeston Medieval Village, the Pleasure Park on Barry Island and St Donat's Castle to mention a few.
