1. Pleaseant route, mostly flat cycle track
Landmarks/Pubs for lunch/Sites to see?
Main land mark is the tower at the end of the route by the naze. Plenty of beach side cafes and also one at the tower.

Of course you can do it in either direction and a there and back course is best, there is also plenty of free parking by the Sailor Boy cafe.
