Cycle Steps
This is a superb road route, on a mix of A and B roads and country lanes, from Stronachlachar, round Loch Katrine and via Loch Achray to Aberfoyle, then back via Loch Ard and Loch Chon.
The road is undulating around Loch Katrine, changing to hilly on Dukes Pass prior to descending into Aberfoyle. There is also one long climb prior to superb final descent into Stronachlachan.
Parking is available at the Stronachlachan cafe.
Landmarks/Pubs for lunch/Sites to see?
Steam ship at head of Loch Katrine. Aberfoyle.

The road surface between Loch Arklet and Kinlochard is appalling at the moment, take care. Aug 2011
