Follows the canal from Stoke to Stone. The path is good and 100% flat. Takes you out of the city into the countysides of Trentham and Stone. Views along the tow path. 8 miles one way or 16 for the return trip.

This is a very enjoyable ride to get out of stoke on trent, however the path is very bumpy in places, (about 5 minutes on from barlaston when heading towards stone), and after rain can get quite slippy - my friend actually ended up head first in the canal, so be careful!
